Where can I do this?

Each capability with its console page, its REST operations (paths are under /api/v1; each links to the API reference), and its dedicated MCP tool. Every REST operation is also reachable over MCP through waveband_api, so waveband_api in the MCP column means there is no dedicated tool. The in-app Copilot has the dedicated tools only.
